Finding a Product

You can access our online store by typing the link: www.moly.gr into your browser or by clicking on the ‘store’ option located in the menu, or at the top right corner of our website, www.moly.gr.

Browsing Product Categories.

Browse product categories or view them all together by selecting the ‘all’ option. Select the product you desire. Each product listing includes photos and detailed information, such as the name, price, ingredients, and key features. You can find additional information like ‘Boiling Instructions’ and ‘Product Details’ by clicking on the tabs located to the right of the ‘Description’.

Please note that all product prices include VAT. Our company reserves the right to adjust [these] prices without prior notice.

Adding a Product to Your Cart.

 After selecting the desired quantity of the product, click ‘ADD TO CART’ to add it to your order. The ‘CART’ tab will open on the right side of the screen, displaying the products you have added. To continue shopping, simply click anywhere outside this tab. You can also access your cart by clicking on the ‘CART’ icon in the top right corner of our website. You can remove products from your Cart at any time by clicking the ‘x’ icon.

Submitting Your Order – Step by Step.

To submit your order, follow these steps:

1. Add the products you want to purchase to your cart by following the ‘ADD TO CART’ instructions mentioned earlier.
2. When you are ready to proceed, click ‘CHECKOUT.’
3. You have two options: you can either register for an account or continue as a guest. If you already have an account, log in using your email and password.

If you choose to register, fill in your personal information (name and email) and create a password. Provide your billing address. If your billing address differs from your shipping address, you can edit it and provide shipping information in the respective field. When you have filled in your information, click ‘CONTINUE.’

4. You may include any additional comments related to your order, for better assistance, in the ‘COMMENTS’ field.

Order Confirmation

After completing your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email that will include all the details of your order. This does not imply acceptance of your order. For us to accept your order, availability checks of the products (especially during high-demand periods), credit checks, and the selection of faster delivery must be carried out. Please check your details and email for any updates regarding your order. Order Cancellation. If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to process your request but we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may have already been dispatched.

Shipping and Delivery.

 Your products will be shipped to the shipping address you provided during your order. The average time for us to ship your order is 1-2 business days. The delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method you selected.

For shipping your orders, we mainly cooperate with ACS and Courier Center. The following delivery times are indicative and depend on the cooperating transportation company, as they may vary depending on the accessibility of the delivery location and may be affected by force majeure:

• Mainland destinations within Greece using ACS courier service: 1-2 business days
• Island destinations within Greece using ACS courier service: 2-4 business days
• European Union destinations using DHL standard delivery: 3-6 business days
• Other destinations and European Union destinations using DHL express delivery: 2-8 business days.

Shipping Costs.

For purchases totaling €30 or more, shipments within Greece are free of charge using ACS courier and Courier Center services. For purchases totaling €100 or more, shipments within the EU are free of charge using DHL standard delivery. The above values include VAT. However, we reserve the right to adjust the above values without the obligation to inform the consumer.

Additionally, we are not responsible for any charges resulting from the inspection by competent customs authorities (taxes, duties, etc.).

Returns and Refunds.

Right of Withdrawal.

In accordance with the law for consumer protection in distance contracts, as regulated by EU legislation (Directive 97/7/EC), you have 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase by informing us in writing via email at: info@moly.gr or by phone at: +30 24223 01941 (Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00) without having to provide a reason for your decision. We will send you an email confirming the receipt of your withdrawal request.

The product/products must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in perfect condition for hygiene and health protection reasons. Returns of products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted. The refund corresponding to the value of the products will be made after we receive the products and verify the above conditions using the payment method you used for the order and within 14 days from the day we are informed of the withdrawal from the sale. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

According to Article 3ib of Law 2251/1994, the right of withdrawal, as provided in Articles 3e to 3ia for distance and off-premises contracts, does not apply to the supply of goods that can be easily deteriorated or expire shortly, as well as to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery. For health protection reasons, tea/herb products cannot be returned, and therefore, withdrawal after the receipt of these products is not possible.

Returns.

The return of products (defective or due to incorrect delivery) takes place after communication and confirmation from our side. It is mandatory that the proof of purchase, or a copy of it, be included in the package. The declaration must be made within 3 business days from the delivery of your order. We will request information about the identity of the buyer or the recipient of the order in order to carry out the necessary checks and to proceed with the completion of missing products or the replacement of damaged or defective products.
