Shipping & Payments

1. What are your shipping methods?

Your products will be shipped to the shipping address you specified during your order. The average time for us to ship your order is 1-2 days.

We mainly work with ACS and Courier Center to ship your orders. The delivery times mentioned below are indicative and depend on the cooperating transport company. They may vary depending on the accessibility of the place of delivery and may also be affected by reasons of force majeure.

2. What are the shipping costs?
  • For purchases with a total value of €28 or more, shipments within Greece are made free of charge with the ACS courier service and the Courier Center.
  • For purchases with a total value of €100 or more, shipments within the EU are made free of charge with the DHL standard delivery service.

4. What about shipping time?

Your products will be shipped to the shipping address you specified during your order. The average time for us to ship your order is 1-2 days. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and shipping method you selected.

  • Land destinations within Greece with the ACS courier service: 1-2 working days
  • Island destinations within Greece with the ACS courier service: 2-4 working days
  • European Union destinations with DHL standard delivery service: 3-6 working days
  • Other destinations and European Union destinations with DHL express delivery service: 2-8 working days.

Returns Policy

1. Returns Policy for Food Products

At Moly, the Mythic Antidote, we prioritize the quality and safety of our products, especially when it comes to food items. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict returns policy in place, allowing returns only for faulty items. We believe in providing our customers with the highest standards of quality and freshness, and we take every precaution to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Here are the key details of our returns policy:

1. Return Eligibility: Refunds are only possible for products that are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Window: You have a period of 14 working days, from the date of delivery, to request reimbursement, in the case of defective items. Please note that this return window is specific to the date of delivery.

3. Return Costs: While we strive to offer hassle-free returns, return costs (such as shipping fees) will be the responsibility of the client. We recommend returning items via registered mail to ensure secure and traceable delivery.

4. Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. This is especially important for food products, as we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, due to quality and safety considerations.

5. Country of Return: Returns must be made from the same country to which the original order was delivered. This ensures compliance with local regulations and quality control.

6. Reimbursement: Upon receiving the returned items and verifying their condition, we will process your reimbursement promptly. In most cases, this will occur within a maximum of one week from the date of receiving the return.

7. Credit Card Refund: Please note that the processing time for refunds to your credit card may vary depending on your card issuer. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this process, but rest assured that we will initiate the refund as soon as possible.

2. Incorrect delivery details

The goods will be delivered to the address provided by the purchaser during the checkout process. The information provided by the purchaser at the time of placing the order is considered binding. In the event of errors in the recipient’s contact and address details, the vendor cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues that may arise. If an incorrect address results in the inability to make the delivery, and only after the package has been returned to the vendor’s address, the following options are available:

1. The vendor may arrange for a second delivery, provided that the buyer agrees to cover the cost of a second shipment, which amounts to 18€.

2. Alternatively, the vendor can refund the client the price of the order, excluding the expenses related to the initial shipping charges.
Please note that for domestic returns, the provider charges 5 euros instead of 18 euros. However, for international returns, the standard rate of 18 euros will apply.

3. Returns and exchanges

Once an order has been confirmed, it is not possible to make any changes to it. If you wish to add additional items, you will need to place a new order. However, if your order has not yet been dispatched, there may be an option to cancel or modify it to your preference.

4. Product delivery process

For major cities, we often achieve delivery within just one business day, barring any exceptional circumstances such as holiday periods, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

About Moly Products

1. Which is the most appropriate way to prepare the beverage?

The ideal way to prepare your drink is using the method of infusion. Into a large cup or mug place a tea bag which you have chosen based on its effect and/or taste. Next, add plenty of water (from 90 °C and above) in order for the tea to release both its aromas and beneficial properties.  Wait FOUR minutes. This is time enough for you to be able to enjoy a perfect MOLY each time. However, you can leave it for as long as you wish – there is no chance it will taste bitter. When it comes to reusing the same bag twice, it’s exclusively up to you.

2. Is it okay to cold-brew Moly herbal tea?

This is the ideal solution for the hot months of the year. Or you simply want to prepare it as a cold drink?  There are TWO possible ways to prepare a cold Moly. Method 1 starts by using the same process as for the hot beverage. Continue, by cooling your drink down with ice cubes or by putting it in the refrigerator after the temperature has dropped.  Method 2 is the cold brew method. Place the tea bag in a mug with water at room temperature. Place this in the fridge for 10-12 hours. One way to do this is to leave it in the fridge overnight just before bedtime so that you can enjoy it in the morning.

3. What is the leftover tea in my cup?

These are the leftovers (or dregs) that the filter failed to hold. You can consume them without hesitation

4. Are the herbs used organic?

Yes, of course they are! Our products are 100% organic, since the herbs used in the production of the mixtures come exclusively from certified organic plants. 

5. Where are MOLY herbal infusion drinks produced?

Our products are hand-produced with tender loving care in Almyros in the Thessaly region of Greece. From herb selection to product packaging, the tea-making procedure (always made by hand), takes place in a specifically designed and fitted workspace.

6. Why I am not able to see the product through the package?

The choice of this specific packaging was made in order to ensure that our product meets specified requirements (quality assurance). Exposure to direct sunlight causes the tea (herbs in dried form) to degrade in quality. Our packaging method prevents the mixtures from being destroyed and preserves their very high quality.

7. How should MOLY products be stored, and for how long, following purchase?

Ideally, the product should be stored in a cool, dry place with dim lighting. Herbs have no expiry date! However, some of their features, like their flavor and aroma, do fade with time. This is why we recommend their consumption before the date indicated on the package.

8. Do you cooperate with hotels/restaurants/cafes?

Through our collaborations we have participated in numerous interesting ideas and proposals that include MOLY. 9. Are MOLY teas considered to be a pharmaceutical drug or medicine?

Under no circumstances should you ever consider Moly herbal infusion drinks some kind of drug treatment that prevents or heals diseases or sickness. Nonetheless, the herbs chosen have been in use globally in herbal medicine for many thousands of years to maintain health and wellness. The effect of the product varies from individuals to individual, depending on dosage, age, weight and health. Thus, we suggest that you take the advice of a specialist before using the mixtures for treatment or therapy.

10. Does MOLY contain any additives, preservatives and colorings?

Our tea is free of non-natural substances. This is what makes it unique and absolutely natural.

11. Does MOLY contain caffeine?

None of the herbs used in our mixture contain caffeine.

12. Can MOLY be consumed by vulnerable groups (e.g. children, pregnant women etc)?

If you belong to a vulnerable group, please get health advice on possible side effects before consuming the product. PLEASE NOTE: At Moly, we select our 34 herbs with the following basic principle: we do not want our herbs to be labeled as food supplements or medicine. We do not want possible side effects. We avoid using certain herbs in order to protect the health of our customers, to steer clear of unwanted reactions. This is why MOLY products do not contain balsam, echinacea, thistle, rhodiola etc.

13. In what form are the herbs found in each tea bag?

We have chosen this particular particle size distribution of the product so that the herbal contents of each sachet, in the same given time, give maximum flavor, aroma and action. In each sachet or bag, the herbs that are woody stems in their original condition are powdered into small grain or powder form so that they release their active substances during the same time period as the herbs that are in loose tea leaf or blossom form.
